Publishing weekly on the blog and newsletter

I'm committed to writing at least one piece per week — either a blog post here or an email to my list. The discipline of showing up in writing is teaching me more about clarity than anything else.

This season I'm writing a lot about the intersection of faith and business — what it means to build something without making it your identity.

Training for my next marathon

I'm in the middle of a 16-week training block. Long runs on Saturdays, easy miles during the week. It's humbling — the best discipline I know for staying grounded.

There's something about putting miles in when no one is watching that quietly shapes everything else.

Slowing down to go deep

I'm in a season of less noise and more roots. Attending my local church consistently, leading a small men's group, and spending more mornings in silence before the day starts.

I've been convicted lately that productivity without presence is just busy-ness dressed up.
